Our rates for parties who represent themselves are generally as follows:

Divorce & Family Law Matters / तलाक और पारिवारिक कानून मामले:

• $710 :- Divorce – Summons, Petition, Request for Default and Fee Waiver. Short declaration disclosure included / तलाक – सम्मन, याचिका, डिफ़ॉल्ट के लिए अनुरोध और शुल्क माफी। लघु घोषणा प्रकटीकरण शामिल है

• $200 :- Travel and admission to Kern County Sheriff’s Lerdo Pretrial facility / केर्न काउंटी शेरिफ की लेर्डो प्रीट्रियल सुविधा में यात्रा और प्रवेश
• $220 :- Travel and admission to Kern County Sheriff’s Lerdo Justice facility / केर्न काउंटी शेरिफ की लेर्डो न्याय सुविधा में यात्रा और प्रवेश
• $65-$100 :- Travel to most locations in Bakersfield / बेकर्सफ़ील्ड में अधिकांश स्थानों की यात्रा करें

Criminal Matters / आपराधिक मामले:

• $150 :- Sealing Order, Petition to Dismiss, Petition to Reduce Charges, etc. – Each additional case in the same courthouse / सीलिंग आदेश, खारिज करने की याचिका, शुल्क कम करने की याचिका इत्यादि – एक ही कोर्टहाउस में प्रत्येक अतिरिक्त मामला
• $350 :- Quash restraining order / रद्द करने का आदेश

Evictions & Unlawful Detainers / बेदखली और गैरकानूनी बंदियों:

• $85 :- Notice – 3, 15, 30, or 60 Day Notice / नोटिस – 3, 15, 30, या 60 दिन का नोटिस
• $1100 :- Eviction/Unlawful Detainer – Residential, Possession Only. Odds and Ends / फुटकर चीज:

• $150* :- Typing service – answers to discovery, response to demurrers, etc. / टंकण सेवा – खोज के उत्तर, विलंब करने वालों की प्रतिक्रिया इत्यादि
• $150 :- Rush. It takes a few days to prepare documents for most cases, but we charge a bit extra and stay after hours for clients who need to have their documents prepared immediately / रश- ज्यादातर मामलों के लिए दस्तावेज़ तैयार करने में कुछ दिन लगते हैं, लेकिन हम थोड़ा ज्यादा शुल्क लेते हैं और उन ग्राहकों के लिए घंटों रुकते हैं जिन्हें अपने दस्तावेज़ तुरंत तैयार करने की आवश्यकता होती है

Rates for Process Service in Bakersfield / बेकर्सफील्ड में प्रक्रिया सेवा के लिए दरें:

• $120 :- Rush Service – 1 to 3 days / रश सर्विस – 1 से 3 दिन
• $160 :- NOW!  – First attempt within two hours / अभी! – दो घंटे के भीतर पहली कोशिश
• $50 :- Declaration of Due Diligence / उचित परिश्रम की घोषणा

Other cities usually have similar rates if a process server is available in that city.  If a process server must travel from Bakersfield, an additional charge of $1.50 / mile is required, which includes both time and mileage.  Use any process server you like.  These are the fees for the process servers we regularly work with.

All fees are flat rate except fees that include an asterisk (*).  Those fees are charged hourly because preparation time is almost completely dependent on the parties and not on the paralegals.

Prices are our fees and do not include court filing fees ($240 to $435), court motion fees ($85), process server fees (start at $85), court writ fees ($40), Probation Department research fee ($60), Sheriff fees ($145), or fees paid to others, some of which may not be needed depending on the case and the availability of fee waivers.
